How does the 7-year data retention work?
All Now IMS plans include 7 years of data retention at no additional cost. This means all your incident data, communications, and analytics are securely stored and accessible for 7 years, helping you meet compliance requirements and analyze long-term trends without paying extra.
Can I change plans as my organization grows?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new pricing will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial of our Professional plan with no credit card required. This gives you full access to all features so you can evaluate if Now IMS is the right fit for your organization.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as ACH transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge extra for features listed in your plan, including the 7-year data retention. The only additional costs would be for add-ons or exceeding user limits, which we'll always communicate clearly.
